The service

Nomicam provides photo editing, AI-powered image generation, creative templates, filters and related tools. Features may change, improve, be added or be removed as the product evolves.

Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to use the service under the laws applicable to you. If you are not legally able to agree to these Terms, you may not use Nomicam without appropriate authorization.

Your content

You retain your rights in photos and other content you provide to Nomicam. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions necessary to upload and process that content, including permissions from people depicted where required.

By submitting content for processing, you grant Nomicam and its service providers the limited rights necessary to process that content solely to provide the requested service and operate Nomicam. This permission ends when it is no longer reasonably necessary for those purposes, subject to applicable retention requirements.

AI-generated results

Nomicam uses artificial intelligence to create and modify images. Results may contain inaccuracies, differ from expectations, alter visual details or include unintended artifacts.

Review generated content before relying on it, sharing it, publishing it or using it commercially. Nomicam does not guarantee that every result will be accurate, unique, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.

Acceptable use

You may not use Nomicam to:

• Violate applicable law or infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights.
• Impersonate others unlawfully or create or distribute unlawful content.
• Bypass security, usage limits or purchase restrictions.
• Interfere with the operation of the service or abuse image generation services.
• Access the service through unauthorized automated means.
• Reverse engineer protected parts of the service where prohibited by law.

Purchases and subscriptions

Paid subscriptions and in-app purchases are not currently enabled. Nomicam may offer subscriptions, generation allowances or other paid features in a future release.

If offered, purchases through the iOS app will be processed through Apple’s App Store. Pricing, billing periods, renewal information and cancellation options will be displayed before purchase. Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled according to the terms presented by Apple at purchase.

You can manage or cancel an App Store subscription through your Apple account settings. Where available, eligible purchases may also be restored. No paid plan, price or restoration feature is promised by these Terms before it is made available.

Generation allowances

Paid plans, if introduced, may include usage or generation limits. Available usage, reset schedules and plan limits will be displayed in the app and may vary by subscription. Unused allowances may expire or reset according to the plan terms presented before purchase. These Terms do not establish a particular allowance or reset schedule.

Intellectual property

Nomicam’s application design, branding, software, interface, graphics and other service materials are owned by or licensed to RAGIP DILER GESTURES LLC unless otherwise stated. These Terms do not grant you ownership of Nomicam’s software, brand or proprietary technology. Your own content remains subject to your rights.

Third-party services

Nomicam may rely on third-party services for AI processing, cloud infrastructure, payments and other functionality. The availability and performance of some features may depend on those services. Additional terms may apply when you choose to use a third-party service.

Service availability

We aim to keep Nomicam available and reliable, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Features may temporarily be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, third-party service interruptions, capacity limitations, security concerns or product changes.

Changes to the service

We may add, modify, replace or discontinue features where reasonably necessary to develop, secure or operate Nomicam. Changes remain subject to any mandatory legal obligations and applicable purchase terms.

Termination or restriction

Access may be restricted or terminated where reasonably necessary if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, attempt to bypass technical or payment restrictions, create security risks or use the service unlawfully.

Disclaimer

Nomicam is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. AI-generated content may be unpredictable, and you remain responsible for how you use generated or edited content. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RAGIP DILER GESTURES LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or similar damages arising from use of Nomicam. This limitation does not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or affect mandatory consumer rights.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your jurisdiction.

Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as Nomicam evolves. The latest version and effective date will be published on this page.
