Gestures provides interface design services on a monthly subscription basis. Deliverables, timelines, and scope are agreed upon separately for each project.

Cancellation
You may cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds.
Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the digital and service-based nature of our work, we do not offer refunds.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own all deliverables. Until payment, Gestures retains ownership.
Limitation of Liability
Gestures is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use means acceptance.
