Digital Products
Gestures provides digital design services on a subscription basis. Due to the nature of digital products and services, all sales are generally final.
First Month Exception
If no work has started on your project, you may request a full refund of your first month's payment. This exception applies once per client.
After Work Begins
Once design work has started, no refunds are available. This includes research, wireframes, concepts, or any deliverables in progress.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription anytime. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us at hey@gestures.studio within 7 days of your first payment. Include your subscription details. We will confirm whether work has started and process eligible refunds within 5 business days
